Chinese medicine began to be used since ancient times, when the Chinese believed in that era that diseases were nothing but demons and spirits that invaded the body. The physician who treated these diseases was called the "wizard" at the time, and his job was to remove demons and spirits that stormed the body through various rites.

After a certain period, the forms of thinking and belief changed in China, and knowledge developed regarding cosmic laws, astronomy and mathematics. Thus, philosophers ceased to view diseases as souls and demons that stormed the body, and they realized that they function within the framework of certain laws. Thus, the realization that diseases and pain results from a lack of homogeneity and a distortion of the general balance.

According to popular beliefs in China, Hattao is "someone" who has no name and source, and that is the beginning of heaven and earth. From it came two: yin and yang, who created the duality of heaven and earth, male and female, cause and effect, sun and moon. In practice, we will find these diodes everywhere in the world and in human life. The Chinese have found in these two rulers and influencing the balance found in the inanimate, botanical and living worlds, as well as in the human world. There are those who say that this faith reached China through superpowers or by gigantic people, who brought it from the hands of our master Ibrahim as a gift to the Chinese Tsar for research and development.

Chinese medicine has four methods, designed to maintain harmony and balance in the body. These methods are called the four columns:

Plants and food - the suitability of plants with energy, taste, and temperature, for the sick person, with the aim of balancing the heterogeneity and harmony within them, between yin and yang. For example, treating a cold with hot cinnamon.

Acupuncture - a treatment with thin, fine needles made of steel and copper, used as an "electric battery" to direct energy flow into the human body. In addition to ironing and heating the points where the acupuncture will be performed, by firing the sage herb, in order to stimulate and accelerate the meridians (which are the energy channels in the body). According to modern science, these channels align with the nervous system, lymph system, and intercellular fluid.

Twina Massage - a style of massage that has evolved over 4000 years and is still evolving to this day. This method stimulates energy channels and several points in the body, by applying pressure, stirring, rubbing, using oils and stimulant medicinal herbs.

Chi Kung Exercises - These are self-breathing movements designed to achieve an internal balance in the body.

To this day, the Chinese continue to use ancient medicine treatment. Hospitals direct patients to the clinic in order to obtain treatment according to the methods of modern medicine, only after they have been treated according to the methods of Chinese medicine. For example, a patient who suffers from a herniated disc (disc) is initially directed to the acupuncture and "twina" procedure, and only then to modern medicine.

Traditional Chinese medicine is not only used in Chinese hospitals, but hospitals that provide treatment according to modern medicine methods in the West see Chinese medicine as an aid to treat pain, sleep problems, hormonal imbalance, digestion problems, nerve problems, and so on. Modern medicine has also researched the subject of Chinese medicine, so its research has confirmed that Chinese medicine sometimes helps more than medicine and operations.
